Young people are our future. There is no greater mission for a community-dedicated WorkSource Center than to serve the youth of our surrounding communities in ways that prepare them for active participation in the workforce.

The Workforce Investment Act is premised on the belief that the right interventions at the right time in a young person's life will have a major impact on his or her future success. LA Works is firmly committed to providing services that will prepare young people to meet the challenges of the future. These services are offered through our Youth Center or through our Youth Collaborators.

The Youth Centers offer many resources for job search and secondary education information. This includes computers, scholarship and financial aid information, college and university resources and services to eligible customers. Recreational activities, such as basketball and games, are also available. For more information and hours of operation, call LA Works at (626) 960-3964.

LA Works provides many exciting programs for young people, programs to enrich their educational experience and open doors to future educational and career opportunities. Follow the links below for more information.
