LA Works Proudly Announces
Our Newest PrimeWorks Customer... South East Los Angeles County Workforce
Investment Board (SELACO)
LA Works has been selected to implement its commercially
available Case Management/Client Tracking System, PrimeWorks, to manage
Workforce Investment Act Program activities at the SELACO One-Stop Center
in Cerritos, California
IRWINDALE, CA –The South East Los Angeles County
Workforce Investment Board (SELACO) has purchased PrimeWorks, a client
services tracking and case management software system developed by LA
Works, for the Workforce Investment Act Program. SELACO will deploy PrimeWorks
to support enrollment, program and services tracking, and performance
information for all Workforce Investment Act programs. SELACO is a One-Stop
Workforce & Industry center; also known as a one-stop center, with
satellite offices in Norwalk, California. Implementation work has begun
with an anticipated in-use date of September 1, 2004.
Once implemented, PrimeWorks, a Web-based solution, will allow SELACO
staff to more accurately log and track case information and seamlessly
share that information with partners to improve the delivery of services.

public job training and placement center for residents of the San Gabriel

of community and business services such as PrimeWorks, our advanced Web-based
system for employers, job seekers, and Workforce Development Center staff.
