UNIVERSAL SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES

As a core service, we provide information on the filing of claims for unemployment compensation disability benefits.
Individuals with low vision can access the computers and the Internet using the following adaptive equipment and software:

• Jaws
• Large Screen Monitors

Those with hearing impairments can access our phone bank with our TTY and volume enhancer. We offer access to the Dragon Naturally Speaking software and other adaptive keyboards/mouse available for those who cannot use the standard equipment.

We have a specially adjusted table for those in wheelchairs. We offer our Workshops in English; Spanish translation is available, if needed. Staff is available to interpret ASL and there is an embosser available to Braille materials (in reasonable amounts).
